Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Pre-Authorization is required for all Returned Goods.
Special Orders and Cut Goods are Non-Returnable.
Product shipped by mistake or do not meet with Buyer’s workmanship approval will be accepted prepaid for a full refund including freight charges if returned within 30 Days of Shipping.
Unwanted returned goods from the buyer are subject to a 25% Restocking Charge.
No refund for shipping or handling charges.
Returned postage, paid by buyer.
All Goods Returned must be in unused saleable condition to receive credit.
Custom made or custom shortened zippers except for items made or shipped in error or are damaged in transit. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to receive credit for damage goods.
